Terms of Service
I reserve the right to deny or cancel any commission if I deem it to be beyond my capabilities or inappropriate. The client will be refunded just in case.
I still hold rights to the commissioned piece, such as using them as sample images for future commission sessions.
All revisions of the piece are heavily watermarked or screenshotted in suboptimal quality until the client has paid.
Payment is processed through Ko-Fi only.
You may not use my work for commercial purposes.
You may not remove my watermark and signature.
You may commission as an NSFW account, however the commissioned work may not be presented in my main account due to its 13+ audience. If your commission includes suggestive or NSFW elements, only my appropriate mature account (suggestive and NSFW separately) is used for handling conversations and presenting commissioned work.
Use of AI to alter my works, commissioned or not, in any way, shape, or form, will result in a permanent blacklist with no exceptions.
To protect ourselves from an unjust policy established by payment processors to target queer and NSFW content, do not directly write any triggering terms, especially NSFW, in a way that the processors can read them.
Circumstances
I am neurodivergent and may forget about commissions, so don't hesitate to remind me about it. Turnaround time may vary depending on my situation.
Midnight (CDT) is my most active time of a day.
Due to my drawing experience having most of its focus on bugs, I cannot guarantee any accuracy when it comes to drawing anything outside my preferred character species.
To claim a slot, DM me in Twitter, Bluesky (not recommended until Bluesky implements posting images in DMs), or Discord. Do not send a simple "Hi" or "Hello," as I assume these do not have anything to discuss and then ignore. Payment is not upfront; The client must wait until told to initiate payment. Once you and I have completely described the work, I send a very rough sketch, and you agree, pay via Ko-fi before I continue. You can withdraw your slot at any time unless you have paid.
